Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tixora website, platform, RSVP pages, dashboards, and related services.
By accessing or using Tixora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
"Tixora", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the Tixora service and its operators. "Client" refers to the person, business, organization, or event organizer using Tixora to manage an event.
Our Service
Tixora provides digital event RSVP and guest management services designed to help event organizers collect RSVP responses and manage event guest information.
Depending on the service package selected, Tixora may provide features such as:
- Digital event RSVP pages
- Guest list management
- RSVP response tracking
- Companion or guest allocation
- Email communication
- SMS communication
- Client dashboard access
- Event RSVP reporting and management
Tixora does not operate as the event organizer, ticket seller, venue, or host unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that they have the appropriate authority to submit and manage guest information for their event.
Clients are responsible for reviewing their event information, guest lists, RSVP settings, and communications before they are published or sent.
Clients must not use Tixora to knowingly collect, distribute, or process information in violation of applicable laws or the rights of another person.
Guest Use
Guests may use an event's RSVP page only for the purpose of responding to an invitation or otherwise participating in the applicable event RSVP process.
Guests should provide accurate RSVP information and should not attempt to access, modify, or interfere with information belonging to another guest.
Tixora may restrict access to an RSVP page where misuse, unauthorized access, or other activity that may compromise the service is detected.
Event Content & Information
Clients may provide event names, dates, locations, guest names, invitation content, images, messages, and other materials for use with their event.
The Client represents that they have the necessary rights, permissions, or authority to provide such materials to Tixora for the purpose of delivering the requested service.
Tixora is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or ownership of content submitted by a Client.
RSVP Information
RSVP responses submitted through Tixora are recorded and made available to the applicable Client for event management purposes.
Tixora provides the technical system for collecting RSVP responses. The Client remains responsible for decisions concerning invitations, guest eligibility, event attendance, and the use of RSVP information for their event.
An RSVP response does not itself create a contract between Tixora and the guest or guarantee admission to an event.
Email & SMS Communications
Where included in a Client's selected service, Tixora may facilitate email or SMS communications relating to an event.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the contact information they provide is accurate and that they have the appropriate basis or permission to communicate with their recipients.
Message delivery may depend on third-party email, telecommunications, hosting, or messaging providers. Tixora cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered successfully or immediately.
Fees & Payment
Tixora services may be offered under different packages or pricing arrangements. Applicable fees will be communicated to the Client before the service is confirmed.
Where a service includes usage-based charges, such as SMS messaging, additional charges may apply based on the agreed pricing.
A project, event setup, or service may not be considered confirmed until the applicable payment requirements have been satisfied.
Any special pricing, discounts, additional services, or custom arrangements should be agreed upon with Tixora before implementation.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Tixora to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Access information without authorization
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
- Upload malicious software or harmful content
- Abuse messaging or communication features
- Use the service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
Tixora may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, clients, or third parties.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Tixora available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, hosting issues, telecommunications problems, third-party services, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
Tixora's website, branding, software, interface, designs, layouts, graphics, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Tixora unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Tixora materials without appropriate authorization.
Client-provided event content remains the responsibility of the Client, subject to the rights necessary for Tixora to provide the requested service.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tixora will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
Tixora is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied by a Client or guest, unauthorized access caused by a user's own actions, third-party service failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Suspension & Termination
Tixora may suspend or terminate access to the service if a user materially violates these Terms, uses the service improperly, fails to satisfy applicable payment obligations, or creates a security or legal risk.
Where reasonably possible, Tixora may provide notice before taking action. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect users, systems, or third parties.
Changes to These Terms
Tixora may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.
Updated Terms will be published on this page together with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of Tixora after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
